At KRC Herbs, we stand by the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the sensitive nature of herbal goods, we offer refunds only under specific conditions.
You may request a refund if:
- The product is damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong item.
- The product was expired at the time of delivery.
To initiate a refund:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Email us with your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.
Please note, refunds will not be issued for:
- Used or opened products.
- Issues caused by delays from the courier after dispatch.
- Change of mind or personal preferences (e.g., taste, scent).
If eligible, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after review.
